• Half-Day Kindergarten and Preschool Hours:  AM: 7:55am-10:55pm, PM: 11:45am-2:45pm
• Full-Day Kindergarten - 5th Grade Arrival: 7:55am-2:45pm
• Bus Dismissal: 2:37pm
• Walker / Parent Pick-up Dismissal:  2:45pm

Bell Schedule

• Doors Open: 7:45am
• Day starts at 7:55am, Bus students released to buss at 2:37pm, End of day 2:45pm

Pick-up / Drop-off Procedures

Kindergarten and 2nd grade enter/exit the front of the building, 1st and 3rd grade enter/exit playground doors, 4th and 5th enter/exit modulars on the northwest side of the building.

Attendance Policy

Students are expected to be present and engaged in learning each and every school day. Regular and on-time attendance is an important factor in student achievement and success. It is the obligation and responsibility of parents / guardians to ensure that every child 6 - 17 years old attends public school during each school year (C.R.S. 22-33-104).

Excused Absences

Students may miss school for illness or injury, pre-arranged absences that cannot be taken care of outside school hours, work-study programs, or a school-sponsored activity.  Students are considered Unexcused if parents have not contacted the office prior to absence.   Please call 970-686-8505 to let the school know of your child’s absence.

Unexcused Absences

A student with four or more unexcused absences from school in any one month or 10 unexcused absences during any school year will be considered “Habitually truant.” We will notify the parents / guardians in writing of the absences, and, in partnership with parents / guardians, will develop a plan to address attendance issues and discuss consequences for further unexcused absences.
